Create a circle
Home tab > Draw panel > Circle - Center, Radius
Pick a center point and drag out
Input 50 for the radius and press [Enter]
Press [Enter] to repeat circle command
Command Line: 3P
Pick 1st point
Pick 2nd point
Pick 3rd point
Press [Enter] to repeat circle command
Command Line: 2P
Pick 1st point
Pick 2nd point
Repeat the same steps on the other rectangles
Press [Enter] to repeat circle command
Command Line: Ttr
Pick 1st tangent point
Pick 2nd tangent point
Input 5 for radius and press [Enter]
Repeat the same steps to create the other 2 circle
