Jogged Radius 已折弯

Creates jogged radius dimensions when the center of arc or circle is located off the layout and cannot be displayed in its true location

Annotate tab > Dimensions panel > Jogged

Select the arc

Specify center location override

Specify dimension line location by moving left or right

Specify jog location by up or down
