Object snap tracking works in conjunction with object snaps

After acquire a point, horizontal, vertical, or polar alignment paths relative to the point are displayed as you move the cursor over their drawing paths.

Home tab > Draw panel > Circle - Center, Radius

Pick a center point

Acquire a point from right view to get the radius of circle

Move back to center until the horizontal and vertical alignment path meet each other perpendicularly

Home tab > Draw panel > Arc - Center, Start, End

Pick a center point from the circle

Acquire a point from top view for the start point

Acquire another point from top view for the end point

An arc created based on the points from the top view

Home tab > Draw panel > Line

Acquire a point from the top view

Acquire a point from the right view

Acquire a point from the top view

Intersect to the center line

Join to the starting point

Front view is created by acquire points from right and top view
