Enlarges or reduces selected objects, keeping the proportions of the object the same after scaling.
Home tab > Modify panel > Scale
Cross-select the objects
Press [Enter]
Pick center as a base point
Input 4.5 for the scale factor
Press [Enter]
A pattern scaled at 4.5 proportional
