Snaps to the center of an arc, circle, ellipse, or elliptical arc.
Status Bar > Object Snap - Center
Home Tab > Draw panel > Line
Snap to the center of the circle
Snap to the center of another circle
Hover cursor over the arc to display the center mark
Snap to the center point of the arc
Snap to the starting point
