Creates concentric circles, parallel curves and parallel lines.

Home tab > Modify panel > Offset

Enter offset distance
Press [Enter]

Select exterior wall

Pick an internal point

Wall thickness offset inward as specified

Home tab > Modify panel > Offset

Enter offset distance
Press [Enter]

Select the interior wall

Pick an internal point

Select wall for restroom

Pick an internal point

Select the kitchen wall

Pointing cursor outside
Enter new offset distance

The kitchen wall level with Exterior wall
