Creates a smooth curve that passes through or near a set of fit points, or that is defined by the vertices in a control frame.
Splines are defined either with fit points, or with control vertices.

Pick first point
Pick multiple points
Press [Enter]
Closed Spline
Home tab > Draw panel expand > Spline Fit
Pick first point
Pick multiple points
Command Line： Close
All rounded corners when it close
Edit Spline
Double-click on spline to enter Edit mode
Select convert to Polyline
The precision value determines how closely the resulting polyline matches the spline
Valid values are any integer between 0 and 99
A high precision value will decrease performance
